The waiter made sure to tell the chefs that my order was gluten free. I know because I heard her shout it to them. They have gluten free soy sauce (San-J). It’s very dark compared to other soy sauces.

I've eaten here 5 or 6 times in the past. All sauces are off limits. They do have GF soy sauce. Normally I'm fine after eating here but last night I got horribly ill. Sit at the bar and watch them make your sushi to be the safest

This place has a great, extensive gluten free menu and knowledgable wait staff. The sushi and chicken fried rice are both fantastic, too.
