Was served by multiple waiters, none of whom had a clear understanding of what gluten was. One told me I could have the pasta — even after I double checked — and it doesn’t become clear until I asked what the pasta was made from that he didn’t realize that pasta had gluten. Of the three dishes we got, two were served with croutons (even after saying gluten allergy) and then they just picked them off and reserved the same food. I got a minor cross contamination reaction.
