Nandos Botany Town Centre 1 town Centre Drive Te Irirangi Drive . Ate there March 4 2018 first time I went. Explained I was Coeliac and they looked up my order checked it was Gluten free as it was listed on the Nandos website as being a Gluten free meal those marked lime green. I was then told as I was Coeliac and I was informed by the manager they would tell the kitchen to use seperate utensils as they do handle gluten products I had the mild Paella a small spicy chicken veg and turmeric rice dish which was absolutely yummy the service was great so considerate of gluten free needs

Visited a few days ago and ended up leaving before ordering. There are no longer any meals or options marked as GF on their menu. When asking where the GF options went, there was no real response and only a particular Chicken wing option and 1 salad was said to be a GF option but I didn't have any faith they would be safe.

Not safe for coeliac. I was advised they cook everything on the same flat plate or grill and they don’t have separate pans to cook things otherwise. Didn’t ask about the deep fryer because I needed a full meal

First time at a Nandos for us. The staff member was a trainee who didn’t even know what gluten free meant! But she knew it was important and we worked out that the chicken and chips are gluten free, and that chicken utensils and fryer are only used for chicken and the same for chips. The paella was off the menu when we were there but I think that was gluten free as well.
