We ate out while on holiday here--I'm always very careful but previous experience with Nandos lends me to trust the chain. Had no issues, manager took the order and went through the listings of a few items that had me concerned. Very polite and happy to help, and the food was delicious (as it often is)!

I’ve been to a couple of Nando’s however this experience was a little disappointing. My order still hadn’t arrived 10 minutes after my parents. The manager came over and informed me that my food had been contaminated and it had to be started again (this caused me some worry as I was then worried about eating it). The manager gave me a full refund and the food was lovely when I did eventually get it. I wouldn’t visit this branch again.

I always have a good gluten free experience at Nando’s. This location was no different. The medium sauce is gluten free and delicious. Several of their sides are gluten free as well. Staff is very knowledgeable.

They had a separate menu and took the gluten free sensitivity seriously. They had an iPad where you could search every item and see what it contained

Had a nice lunch in Nandos, the chicken is GF and most of the sides are as well. The chips are done in a separate fryer so those are GF as well! A manager will take your order and they’ll talk you through the usual risks and let you look through the allergen guide to double check what you can have. The food is delicious, a really good place for a quick lunch

I am sooooooo impressed with this nando's. Not only is it BEAUTIFUL, the staff were fantastic and they took my gluten free needs very seriously. Only the manager would serve us due to my dietaries and I felt very safe and taken care of. Honestly, my first visit to London, I was so impressed.
