I have eaten here on several occasions and after the third challenge with safety will not go back. The first time it was unclear if it was the restaurant or not. The second time, it nearly put me in the ER and pulled me out of an important conference. Tonight, we ordered pizza and salad to go, indicating Celiac with severe sensitivity/allergy. I was 2/3 through the Caesar salad and there was a crouton in it. Not worth the risk.

It should be noted that for Celiacs it may not always be safe. I did talk to the staff there and depending on the day, they do not use a seperate oven or have a seperate space so CC is possible. Though I appreciate the honesty.

They know how to do gluten free! We had the pita bread dip, pizza, salad, and pasta. All was really good. We had lots of leftovers because we ordered like it was a buffet!
Chips/cheese dip are marked gluten free but are made in a shared fryer, which the waiter did mention after I said I have an allergy/celiac.

If you haven't been here, you need to go here! Our server, Justin, was really personable and knowledgeable about what we could have. He recommended the Truffle and Date pizza on gf crust. He also recommended the Tony's Bowtie with gf pasta. He was right on the money. Both were wonderful. Our wheat eater had the carnivore pizza and said the crust was really good, as well as the toppings. We ended the meal with the brownie sundae, oh my! On the list to go here whenever we are in Tulsa.

The Palo Alto dip is awesome but the gluten free entrees are limited. I loved their ribs but the last time we went they were no longer on the GF menu - I asked about them and the manager said they chose to switch to a BBQ sauce that contains gluten. I don’t think I’ll be back for the exorbitant prices.
Great menu with extensive gf options

Salmon was outstanding! Waitress and manager were very knowledgeable and even offered a wine that was aged in stainless steel barrels (new studies show some vineyards are buying used whiskey barrels to age wine).
My favorite place to eat!! Tons of selections and eveything is amazing! Best service too!
Wow!!!! I LOVE this place. We've eaten here a few times. The Palo Alto Dip and Tony's Bow Tie pasta are phenomenal. Seriously. I've never had a problem here. This may even be my new favorite. Everyone say WOOP WOOP!
I eat here frequently for business lunches and have had consistently good food and service. The gf crust is really good!
Best gluten free crust on pizza I've ever had. Also can get gluten free flatbread for appetizer dipping. If you order gelato make sure they don't put the side cookie in! Service great.

Excellent pizza cooked in a dedicated oven! Palo Alto dip appetizer with GF pizza crust was very good. They also have pasta, salads, fish & steak. We get great service every time.
