Review of Napa Valley Burger Company

Can you give negative stars? They are rude and uneducated about gluten free needs which is in direct conflict with the claims on their marketing material and menu. I ordered the simplest gluten free meal ...plain burger with lettuce/no bun and salad with oil and vinegar dressing. They brought drinks when the manager said they won't accommodate/guarantee gluten free and that I have to deal with some cross contamination. When I said that might send me into the hospital she suggested I leave and go to Copitas down the road, and then they actually made us pay for the drinks we just got but didn't get to have. I have never experienced something like this. Luckily at Copitas we were treated much better.
