The quality control at Nara is highly inconsistent, so I would not trust any gf dish to actually be gf. For a minute they were my go-to gluten free place bc they have a gluten free menu and seemed to make accommodations. However, they have gotten my order wrong and added gluten ingredients (the pickled egg with soy sauce, for example) so many times that I have decided I can't risk eating there anymore. Every time I or my friends/family have gone there (which is a lot bc it was my go-to) it seems like they have gotten something wrong with the order, so much so that it's become something of a running joke 😅

We’ve eaten here a few times. I think they do a very good job, but I always ask them to be careful. Great GF ramen!

They seemed fairly knowledgeable about being gluten free and what was safe, except for the boba tea ingredients. I got extremely sick within 30 minutes of eating however.
