I watched them first put the tray from the regular oven into my box then use the regular pizza cutter to loosen my gluten free pie from the tray he then Slid out the tray cross contaminating my pie. The kid was clueless about cross contamination. Try pizza fusion you won't suffer from cross contamination.

Great pizza - take very good measures to avoid cross contamination. Pizzas are prepared early in day on their own, and they stay on their own trays when in the oven. I've had no reactions!
