Review of Nate's Cowboy Cafe

They have separate areas of their kitchen for gluten free cooking including a separate fryer. All their gravy is made with rice flour. I have not gotten sick at all eating here and the food is delicious. Just be sure to tell the server your need your food to be gluten free and any other allergies you might have. They are happy to work with you.
