My husband and I came here for a date night on a Thursday and it was pretty busy. It seems like a lovely, family oriented place with cheerful staff. The menu says that most of their dishes can be made gluten free. When I told the cashier I'd like to order gluten free she rushed back to "see if they have any pasta, otherwise it would take 30 minutes". Lucky for me they were good to go. I took it as they have a separate pot to boil the noodles. I ordered the Creamy Truffle Tuscany Pasta and it was soooo good. It was rich and the portions were large (my husband ordered the Baked Ziti, not gluten free and he loved his as well). The noodles were amazing. A lot of times gf noodles are chewy or taste like cardboard. Not this place! They were soft and reminded me of handmade, doughy gluten pasta. I didn't have a reaction! I'm so excited to have a yummy Italian place on the east side that seems pretty safe!
