Whenever I try a new place, even when the menu is clearly labeled, as it is here, I pick one safe-sounding item and then watch carefully to see how digestion goes. I went with the Chilicado, a bowl of vegetarian chili atop red quinoa with avocado on top. It settled well, and I plan to go back next time with a more established trust in the GF labeling on the menu. Staff was accommodating and prided themselves on making everything to order, although I didn’t ask about gluten precautions for celiacs.
