Completely gluten free. Able to make your own smoothie bowl or choose from a variety of options on the menu. Good variety of toppings and bases. Would recommend for a healthy gluten free meal while in Phoenix.

Nautical Bowls is a cute smoothie bowl shop next to Einstein Bagels. The whole menu is gluten free and plant based. Great service, menu options, and atmosphere.
