While this diner offers gluten free bread, toast, pancakes, French toast and waffles, I spoke to the manager today and he confirmed that they do NOT have dedicated toaster, grill or waffle iron. So those with celiac should be cautious about possible cross contamination.

There are gluten free items on the menu and the staff is not that knowledgeable depending on your waiter/waitress just have them ask the manager.
