The woman I spoke with at this establishment seemed very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. She explained to me that all of the ingredients in all of the flavors of fudge are gluten free. However, they do roll out their caramels on a floured surface and the fudge is made on that same surface. They do attempt to clean that surface before the fudge but there is not a 100% guarantee that cross contamination won't happen. My son and I have super sensitivity to cross contamination but decided to give it a try. We got the chocolate and the chocolate peanut butter. Neither of us got sick. I'd say this may not work for someone who has Celiacs but for us with gluten intolerance we sure enjoyed the fudge.
