The seafood choices are sautéed in butter and spices, no gf ingredients. We got a seafood platter which was large enough for 2. It included soft-shell crabs, shrimp, & redfish filet. It's was generous and highly-seasoned but not really pepper hot. My wife has Celiac disease and had zero reaction to the food. Dishes are cooked to order but we did not have to wait very long. The customer service was good. We enjoyed eating at this Cafe, located in French Market. They also had an extensive spice retail store adjacent to the Cafe.
