A bizarre experience: items that were marked on the menu as gluten-free, like ceviche tostada, we’re not gluten-free in fact. Other items that were not marked gluten free were actually gluten-free. Five different servers were baffled by questions about gluten. Clearly Management does not take this issue seriously.
