We love Nazca! I lot of the food is naturally gluten free, which makes me feel more comfortable eating here. I always order the half chicken with the hottest sauce and quinoa salad. I’m not 100% sure that it’s celiac safe but I’m very sensitive and haven’t had any issues.

The gluten free menu they gave me was not accurate, then after ordering and waiting for my food, they brought out a bowl of yummy looking soup surrounded by grilled bread! Then while taking it back to remove the bread the chef decided the soup was not gf. So then I ordered a salad w chicken and the salad came w/o chicken bc they said the chicken had gluten on it too! Really? You can't even get a grilled chicken breast from this place? On a better note the Brazilian cheese bread was fantastic and the happy hour $2 off wine was nice. Don't believe their gf menu, maybe just go for bread and wine? I would not go back.
They don't have a gluten free menu. But the staff is very willing to accomodate and have lots of gluten-free food already on the menu. Highly recommend the grilled brazlilian cheese, it is salty so try a fresh colados with it (they can make it without the added sugar). The roasted chicken is very different.
