I have gone here a handful of times without issue.. I have ordered a salad and GF pizza crust many times. However, yesterday I went with a change, I order the Balsamic Pan seared Salmon, grilled asparagus and substituted puréed garlic potatoes instead of the rice pilaf it comes with, both being GF. I am extremely sensitive to gluten as I have Celiac.. within 20 minutes I knew somehow I was glutened even though the staff are knowledgeable about Celiac and taking precautions… unfortunately there wasn’t enough precautions this time around for me. Stick with the wood oven pizza as it’s baked in a tin container not touching anything if u are to choose to come here. I would return, just never purchasing anything other than the GF pizza….

Super knowledgeable about cross contamination and have a separate oven for gluten free pizza. Eat here regularly and I have not gotten sick yet.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Clearly marked GF items on menu. Can do almost all burgers and pizza GF with GF buns/crust. Even have a dedicated wood fired oven for the pizza! No dedicated fryer but they pan fried something for me instead. Pizza was fantastic. Buttery crisp crust. Even my non-GF husband enjoyed.
