Wonderful gem in a small town. Cafe is 100% gluten free. Smoothies were delicious and we also had the pizza. We didn’t try any of the baked goods but they looked delicious. It’s always a special treat to find a dedicated GF restaurant!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Most of what they offer is vegan as well as gluten-free. We had a few different cookies and a cinnamon bun, all of which were tasty, as well as some bagels and smoothies. We also got a doggie donut, which our pup scarfed right down. We're saving the pizza (egg in the dough, so GF but not vegan) for another time.

So good! We got smoothies and muffins. Highly recommend the cinnamon roll muffin. Everything is gf and vegan!

Everything here is gluten free and vegan. The Maui Wowee smoothie was amaaaaaazing. The bliss bites (I think that is what they were called) were such an excellent little snack after a day of hiking. They have such a great array of CBD products & vegan/GF desserts products. Please check this place out!!!! It is a little gem in the area!

We just ordered the strawberry/quinoa salad and the hummus/sprouts salad. The dressing and every single bite from each salad was delicious! Our three little ones had bubble gum (strawberry) smoothies and they even loved eating our salads, too. We tried a handful of their baked goods which are made with healthy ingredients and taste great. Plus, they gave my husband his coffee for free and it was excellent. We highly recommend stopping here for a vegan and gluten-free visit!

Everything was Gluten Free and delicious. Will be back next time we’re in Maine. Ordered doughnut, bagel, and tea latte.
