We ordered three rolls, all gluten free and clearly marked on the ticket After we started eating we realized the soy was not marked gluten free . I called to ask and they said they made a mistake. I asked for my money back and she said it would take a couple days. I explained that we would be sick Her response was so uncaring, “ hey we made a mistake what do you want to do.” I asked if they had controls to make sure this does not happen and was shocked by the answer, “ you are wasting my time, I am going to hang up and see if you get your money back “. I am calling my credit card company to get the charges reversed and sitting here waiting to be sick
Places make mistakes but this level of behavior is terrible
