I had very high hopes. 1 star Michelin. Certified by the Catalunya celiac association. Unfortunately ALL of my dishes (main and two starters) tested positive for gluten using the Nima. Waitress seemed very clued in about gluten. Said most on menu was naturally gf. Don’t know if it was an ingredient or cross contamination. I ate nothing
