THE PANCAKES. I got the 3 Way Pancakes. Regular, blueberry and lemon poppyseed. Oh my goodness they were so good! I also had the sweet potato hash and it was delicious. I am three days out and have had no reactions or issues. Highly recommend! A GEM in Oklahoma!

Absolutely awesome surprise on our road trip. So many things on this menu are made gluten-free. Our waitress checked on the grits and those are from a manufacturer site where there could be cross-contamination so they know very detailed information about the food. I’m so sorry about the person who had the problem here, but my pancakes and sausage were absolutely delicious. You can get French toast, candy bacon. Nice nice place. There is another one in Oklahoma City too. I’m definitely coming back if we drive through.

Gluten free menu with tons of sweet and savory options. I let the waitress know I had celiac and she reviewed with me how things are cooked in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. Separate toaster for GF, separate pans are used for gluten free orders that have been cleaned. I ordered cinnamon bun pancakes and side of eggs and it was delicious! It had a little gluten free flag on it and when it was brought to me I was assured the kitchen staff was aware of my allergy and took every precaution. They go above and beyond 🤍 Great service! Will be back!

Stopped here for lunch on a cross country road trip. Husband (celiac) and daughter (wheat allergy) were given a sandwich on regular bread. Our waitress was aware, but someone else put in the order.
As we rushed our daughter out to the ER for anaphylaxis they had the gall to say “have a nice day”
Thankfully hospital is right across the road.

My husband and I stopped in here for lunch when visiting Tulsa this past weekend. They have a waitlist that you can join on Yelp before arriving. We arrived late but called to let them know and we’re sat right away. They have a gluten free menu with pancakes, French toast, breakfast bowls and other breakfast foods. I ordered The Heap and had to send it back because it had too much pepper for me to handle. The hashbrowns are pre seasoned so I had to order an omelet with a pancake instead of them. You can also substitute the toast for a pancake with a small up-charge, so I got another pancake. She assured me that the pancakes are made on a separate surface from the regular pancakes. I was so stuffed and satisfied when I left and had no reactions from it. Definitely recommend!

Aside from the super long wait and the flies that came in from the back patio, I absolutely loved the gf pancakes. Bacon was a bit of a disappointment because it wasn’t crispy and quite greasy. Breakfast potatoes were spicey and good. At our table others are gf blueberry pancakes and they very much liked them. There was also gf French toast which was ordered plain so didn’t get to see the presentation. The bread used looked good though. We will definitely go again.

You must visit here and start with the candied bacon appetizer. We had the Cinnamon roll pancakes, the breakfast potatoes and the lemon curd pancakes. The breakfast potatoes were spicy and good. The pancakes were thick and cooked all the way through. They come in a stack of 3, good luck eating it all. Gluten Free Menu was extensive. Very good!

The best GF waffles I’ve ever had! So light and fluffy. We also tried “The Heap” and it was delicious! I talked to the manager on the phone before picking up a to-go order. She was so friendly and courteous. If I’m ever back in OK I know where I’ll be having brunch!

Awesome!!! I tried their Cheeseburger added bacon on Gluten Free bread with hashbrown. You could get potato fries. Menu did mention GF waffles fries but server didn’t recommend anything fried. I also tried their plain pancakes with added fresh strawberries, yummy!!! Everything was delicious will definitely be back.

They have a lot of gluten free options including bread and a dedicated toaster. I am also Dairy free and that was a little bit more challenging. I had to ask for a manager to help me and she gave me several options they could cook in oil instead of butter and it worked out well. I got scrambled eggs and has browns with toast and sliced avocados and was fine. I did not get sick and felt confident in the food.

Wow, I mean wow. This place should be called Neighborhood BAM! I had the GF pancakes with some kind of lemon drizzle the first day and the B.E.L.T (bacon-egg-lettuce-tomato) the 2nd day and both were ABSOLUTELY YUMMY. I didn’t react either day. I had both ‘to go’ and the guy taking my order was very GF knowledgeable and understanding of my ‘pickiness’ He went and spoke with the cooks each time. Thank you Neighborhood BAM Jam for providing delicious food for us GFers!!!

If you have Celiac, I strongly recommend caution with this establishment. I’ve eaten here twice and each time have had to send my order back multiple times. The kitchens attention to detail is clearly lacking, which is very concerning. My experiences have certainly created a lack of trust and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Gluten free menu. The lemon poppy seed pancakes were phenomenal!
Great food and very knowledgeable staff.

Ate a fantastic breakfast here, waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive to my gluten allergy. They have a separate gf menu. Ordered “The Heap”, they had the best gf toast I’ve ever had, highly recommend.
Very clean restaurant and bathrooms.
My son absolutely loved their gluten free chocolate chip pancakes! Most of the menu for breakfast is a la carte. And they are working on updating their gluten free menu. So it wasn't available to look at, but our waitress was knowledgeable. Their food is really good.
Yes
No dedicated fryer and staff is not always aware but working to get better. We had Amber, Mgr on Duty, come and walk us through GF menu. GF menu includes items fried in fryer so be aware. Very delicious!
This place was amazing!
I came in with friends and I think the thing that impressed me most is that the waitress served my food differently than the others so there was no risk of contamination.
They really do any and everything to make sure I felt safe and pampered.
A definite must try!

I am always finding it hard to find places while I travel. Neighborhood JAM was the first places to pop up when I looked for breakfast places. They were very good with preparing the food they came with little wooden sticks saying it was gluten free. They asked me when they saw the gluten free menu if it was allergy or preference. The pancakes were really fluffy. The chai latte were really good and had oat milk for it. Overall a great place to eat especially if you are traveling. Would eat here again.

If you are Gluten Free you NEED to run, not walk, to this place! We felt very safe eating there. My husband has Celiac and I do not. The GF pancakes were fluffy and tasty. The latte was delicious. My okie Bennie's (gluten) were very yummy! Our server (Garrett, I think??) was so friendly and accommodating. All of the staff were extremely polite and friendly! The GF items came out with a little wooden tag (you can see in the pictures) and while it's not a dedicated kitchen, it definitely seems like they take all the precautions that they can. Google directions took us directly to the parking lot behind the place and parking was free and stress free! We live in Kansas but if we're ever in the area again we will for sure visit JAM!

When I went gluten free after getting diagnosed, I was really hesitant to start eating at restaurants I used to dine at. I read the reviews on here for Neighborhood Jam and decided to try it again. When you go in, ask for a gluten free menu and you’ll get one. The staff there are very friendly and take gluten free orders seriously! I can’t speak on behalf of all items on the menu, but the GF cinnamon pancakes and the hash browns were excellent, and I had no reaction. If you dine-in, the food will come marked with a little wooden stick that says GF. I’ve ate there a couple times now and it is great! You can also order gluten free food online. It’s a little confusing because there isn’t a gluten free menu online. You just select the food you want to order off the regular menu, and then in the customization menu there’s a GF choice. Overall, really love their food and am happy to be able to eat there again!
