Though the wait was long at 930 on a Saturday morning, it was worth it. The staff was friendly, the gluten free menu large, and the food outstanding. We tried the cinnamon roll pancakes (like eating dessert), the Basics with flavorful spicy maple sausage, and the French toast with bacon. With one highly sensitive Celiac and one with gluten intolerance, no one had any adverse effects. We did inform our server that we had a "gluten allergy" (often the easiest thing to note instead of Celiac) and she marked our ticket as such. Overall, great experience!
