My husband and I both ordered a burger with gluten free buns and my son ordered a regular bun. Mine looked like my son’s (non gf) and not my husbands. I called the server over and questioned it. She said she “guaranteed it was gluten free but it must have been from a different package”. I was concerned about the texture and appearance so I didn’t eat the bun. She never came back to our table except to drop the bill off. A few weeks later when going through receipts, I saw my husband received the detailed printout of our order. She had NOT entered my meal in with a gluten free bun. Had I eaten it, I would have been very sick. I will not return to this place. I have a wheat allergy and have realized how challenging it can be to go out to eat.
