This was the best breakfast I’ve had since my celiac diagnosis several months ago! We went to breakfast yesterday, and they could not have been more understanding or accommodating. Our waitress, Taylor, talk to me through the measures that they would take in preparing some gluten-free toast using a dedicated, gluten-free toaster for me. The buffet selection was large and there were a number of items that were nowhere near bread items and so I felt comfortable eating them. The breakfast menu is extensive if you don’t want to do the buffet, and I have the utmost confidence in their ability to minimize cross contamination after I didn’t get at all sick from the toast or anything else! The managers also checked on me several times. I can’t recommend this highly enough!
