So good!! The people who work there are kind and dedicated to food safety. They have a separate prep station for gluten free sandwiches. They also don’t up charge for the gf bread and it’s actually good bread!! I love this place and come here often on my lunch breaks. They never disappoint.

They have new focaccia that is soft and flavorful, doesn't crumble. They set up a dedicated area for prep and take it seriously. Good sandwiches are back!

Seriously committed to gluten safety. Most delicious GF bread, made local. Also sammie made in different area with different gloves etc. AND…no up charge for gf bread. Their Sammie’s are top tier flavor- I recommend the Hero on gf with chips and a retro soda.

Wonderful Gf bread, I think made in house. They take allergies seriously here. Highly recommended

I have a gluten allergy and have been working at Nelsons for the last 7+ years. We have a gluten free bread from a local bakery which is not certified gluten free but I have never had a problem with the product myself. There’s no extra charge for the bread and all the employees grab new knives, gloves, cutting boards, or whatever is needed to make your gluten free order safely!

I order from the salad bar all the time, and have never gotten sick. Ask them to change their gloves. Don't eat anything that touches "the board" - chicken and eggs are cut there. I always get the smoked turkey which is already shredded. Ask them to put the tongs down in the bowl, and not on the board. I also get dressings that are in a container and not open to things falling in it, although they do keep croutons and nuts on a separate table behind them. They have delicious GF desserts - especially the brownies. BEST SALADS EVER!
