Both the cashier and owner/manager made sure that my gluten free pizza was prepared in a dedicated area using separate ingredients. GF pizza was cooked on its own peel. Manager came out to explain how his wife has a food allergy and he makes sure cook staff is careful with allergy concerns. Very friendly and willing to accommodate celiac customers. Highly recommend!
