The server told me they cooked everything, including bread, on the same flat top. They have nothing that is void of cross contamination. So… if you have a reaction, even in cross contamination, avoid here.

I've been there twice the first time I had a knowledgeable waitress that informed me majority of the sauces (included on fries and burgers) were not gluten free; I did not get sick with the stuffed pepper. The most recent time my waitress only knew the smash burgers without buns were "gluten free" that is not the case. The fries I believe were what did me in, or the sauce on my burger. Sure enough within 30 minutes I became sick. They do have a small selection of gluten free beers however the cross contamination and unknowing-ness of staff are not a celiac friendly destination

5 stars for having a dedicated fryer. The staff was not super knowledgeable on what gluten even is (in my opinion)…we made it work though…I did not get sick. I did call ahead of time and talked with someone who did seem to have a good grasp on being allergen safe…our waiter did His best and I appreciated the honesty when he wasn’t sure.

Top notch establishment! Everything is farm to table and delicious! My family and I ate here and all ordered differently. I ordered the farm veggie lettuce wrap. My daughter ordered the shrimp lettuce wrap. Both were gluten-free, and also dairy-free. Delicious! Very reasonable prices. Great service, friendly staff, casual atmosphere. We are from out of town, but if we were closer, I'd definitely be back often!

Horrible service we walked in to eat there is no hostess so we started looking for a place to sit and a guy approached us an ask us to leave said they were at capacity and we couldn’t wait on a table!!!

My favorite place to eat in Tupelo that had gluten free options. It is SOOOO good!
