Neptune Market

I just had the most horrific experience at Neptune Market. I ordered online and they were running behind so watch them make it first saw you’re paying a ton of extra money for the tiniest piece of gluten-free bread I’ve ever seen. Wish I put through a toaster that all the other bread goes to where it falls and sits on top of other crumbs, and then they put it on top of a board where they make other sandwiches and while it was going through the toaster, the guy that was making the sandwiches was cleaning up that board like putting other things away, but did not wipe up any of the crumbs before he put my sandwich on top to make it. He also left off a lot of ingredients that I ordered but it didn’t matter because at this point I’m probably not even gonna eat it since it’s contaminated. It’s one thing to offer gluten-free bread which I think if somebody offers gluten-free bread you shouldn’t put on top of gluten crumbs, but they also had me check off that it was a gluten allergy and they still did not take any precautions. Also, the as I said, the order was running behind and they were extremely rude about it and did not care at all. I would never go back for anyone, but especially not for someone who is gluten-free they are not aware at all about what to do precaution wise.

— Not Much/None

Completely unsafe for Celiacs. Made my grilled cheese right next to a gluten roll and used a contaminated spatula and contaminated gloves. Don’t go here.

Most of their sandwiches and burgers can be made gluten free (on Udi's bread). They also have pancakes and waffles, as well as some grocery items like gf pasta. Make sure to specify if you are sensitive to CC. The owner made sure to clean down the grill and not use the toaster for our items. My daughter and I each enjoyed a grilled cheese and my Celiac hisband loved his chicken cheese steak!
