Nesty's Burger Joint

I'm Celiac. We found Nesty's from the find me gluten free App last year 2021 and stopped in for lunch. We are going to stop in again this trip 2022 as we all enjoyed the food. Server was knowledgable, I don't know what practices they use in kitchen for prep space for gf cross contamination? They had very good burgers and a gf bun, however single fryer for everything so no fries for me. I didn't get sick so this place gets a 2 thumbs up.

We were so excited to try this place. I’ve eaten here many times but my celiac husband came for the first time. The servers had no idea about safe practices and said they didn’t want to confuse the cooks because they don’t speak much English. They did say the owner was knowledgeable but that he wasn’t there. Husband ordered the burger with a gf bun and cottage cheese hoping that it will be safe.

So impressed!!! I am gluten free and my husband is gluten and dairy free. It’s always a struggle to find good options that are safe whenever we come to a nearby town to visit family. This place is truly a gem and I highly recommend checking it out, even if you’re traveling from a different town!

Nicole was our server. Very knowledgeable about what was ok to eat. She had the manager make sure the food was prepared safely. Felt very comfortable eating there.
