I've eaten here twice without any issues. I've had both the pizza which is made away from the gluten containing ingredients, and a cheese steak which is made in a griddle that no gluten containing items are cooked on.

This place was great! I got the cheese steak hoagie. I haven’t had one in years. Took the recommendation from another reviewer. You will not be disappointed. I also got French fries. The owner was kind enough to start a new fryer just for my order. After giving my order the owner asked if I ordered fries at most restaurants because there could be cross contamination. This guy gets!!! Of course I said no. I just Assumed they were. Had I read closer I would have seen they weren’t.

What a wonderful place! The staff was very attentive with my order, changing gloves, etc. Best sub I ever had and didn’t even taste like gf! I ended up ordering 2 more subs to take home since I live over an hour away. Everything was delicious! I asked if the fries were made in a dedicated fryer and the manager pulled out another clean fryer and fresh oil and made me a gluten free batch. They were delicious as well. I can’t say enough about my positive experience and knowledgeable and caring staff. I definitely plan to go back!

Offer gluten-free subs and pizza. Pizza came with its own wrapped pizza cutter. Food was excellent! Will definitely be back!

Cooked separately with gloves on. Very friendly. They have pizza, sub rolls and you can use the gf crust for s’mores pizza without the graham cracker cereal topping. So good!

The best sub I’ve ever had! Be sure to note your allergy, and they’ll change gloves/utensils. I’ve eaten here twice now with no problems! I do wish their employees would wear masks through. As someone with a chronic illness, it’s a bit scary.

I ordered a gluten free pizza which was stated as being a 12" pizza. It seemed bigger than 12" to me and it was thick crust. Most gluten free pizza crusts are not thick crust. I was leary in eating it but it looked so good. It was delicious and so far I feel fine. I've had Celiac all my life and get really sick after being glutenized. I have to say this is by far a great gluten free pizza and cheaper than other bigger pizza chains that offer gluten free pizza. I will definitely be back!

If you miss eating a good cheeseburger sub the way I did, you won't want to miss going to this place!! Their gluten free sub roll is so good, it will leave you wondering if they messed up and gave you a regular roll. It is the perfect combo of crispy/chewy on the outside and soft within and was a very generous size! I am used to gluten free bread being subpar in flavor/texture and on the smaller side, so this was a very pleasant surprise to be just the opposite! As for the rest of the sub....it was just as tasty! A good ratio of burger, cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion and mayo. I will definitely be making it a point to come back for more!

Fantastic sub rolls. Special procedures for medical GF. I’m so thrilled to have a new reliably GF place to go so close to home. Cold subs, hot subs AND pizza. Will be trying the pizza next. Thankful!! Great service too!! -Update: Now a weekly go-to. Very diverse GF menu. STILL so happy I found this fantastic celiac safe restaurant.

I have been gluten free for 18 years. This restaurant has the best gluten free subs I’ve ever had and they are toasted! Also, the gluten free pizza is amazing. I’m honestly telling you that it was the best gluten free pizza I ever had. Besides the crust being good, I’ve never had such a delicious pizza sauce!

My wife, who is allergic to wheat, found this place today. She says that they served her the best gluten free Italian sub she has EVER had. She has been gluten free for almost 20 years now.

This restaurant did a great job with both their precautions and service. Even the amount of food was excellent and the price didn't break the bank.

My son who has Celiac Disease had a very enjoyable gluten free/dairy free pizza. The team was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. We knew it was going to be excellent when they served the gf pizza with its own disposable pizza cutter. We will be back!

Celiac friendly?

They have amazing food allergy/celiac protocol (and looks like dairy per their post about dairy free cheese). Yes! I said that right! A PIZZA PLACE with food allergies in mind! 🤯 because some 4 star restaurants can’t even accommodate.

My gluten free pizza came completely uncontaminated from gluten. The pizza crust is cooked in its own dish and comes with a sealed pizza cutter. They change gloves (make sure you state allergy/celiac) grab fresh ingredients from the walk in so they haven’t been touched! They take all the extra measures to ensure people with food allergies can enjoy their food.

Looks like they offer gluten free sub rolls so that will be up next time!!
