Menu does not indicate what is gluten free and what is not. No dedicated fryer, so I 100% do NOT recommend for celiac needs. For chicken, many options on the menu describe the chicken as "crispy" so I know to avoid those. I ordered chicken and shrimp with vegetables (chicken NOT described as 'crispy'), but the chicken that came was still breaded, despite not indicating that on the menu. My husband really enjoys this place, so maybe I'll try just shrimp or beef next time, but have a backup just in case! He let me have his teriyaki beef appetizers, which is basically beef jerky on a stick. Overall, NOT celiac friendly, and probably avoid if you don't have a backup dinner plan.
