Every time I go to new day everyone is so nice & knowledgable. The owners take their time getting to know you and they always answer any kind of questions you have. I found out I was allergic to gluten about a year ago and this is my favorite place to eat. The food is wonderful.. Doesn't taste any different!!! I love their pizza & any of their bakery items. The food always comes out fast & they even have a freezer section of food you can buy and cook at home.

May 12, 2013Food was good, loved the bread/french roll! My hubby isn't GF & was full from 1330 until nearly midnight that night...doesn't even happen w Subway! The food was good...just big priced compared to what we're used too. The staff on 5/7/13 wasn't very polite nor were they very quick! We are from Springfield so they may have been polite by STL standards, but not what we're used too...we live in the 3rd largest city in MO, still has a small town mentality for the most part though. There was a pancake order ahead of us, that's it & it took FOREVER to get 2 of their special subs & a Grilled Cheese. I'm taking going across the street to the Pasta House would've been quicker. We're from Springfield, MO & had to come up for my son to see a Ped GI specialist. I already knew what we would order & figured sandwiches, fast! NOPE!!! A lil on the high side for a sandwich, but everything costs more in STL compared to Spfld it seems. Still, $11 was high for a whole sub. Between 2 whole subs 1 w chips & 1 w potato salad, a grilled cheese w chips, 3 drinks, & a thing of cookies, we spent $39.90!!! On top of being high priced & super slow, the old lady handed my 2 y/o son a HOT fresh grilled cheese (american cheese so even worse for him). I asked for extra napkins & she couldn't even hear me ask for them to begin with...I asked 3 times & loud too! The staff was odd & not very polite @ all either. When my hubby went up to ask for more napkins, they had the old lady come back out vs just handing them to him @ the counter. Though I wasn't impressed, I'm sure I'll visit again just because it's 100% GF. UGH!

Awesome great service! Wonderful home cooking. Great pizza Great desserts. Eat there or you are missing out gluten free or not.

Thanks again for making another visit to St. Louis so amazing! Unfortunately, due to my husband's fall and broken ribs we couldn't stay as long as planned.....but I did get 3 visits to your bakery/restaurant in our very short stay. First time we ate at the restaurant and I can't tell you how great it was to know I could enjoy my food and not get sick. At this very moment, I am finishing the cinnamon rolls I took back to Florida with me. Good luck on the contest.....I voted for you.....looks like you have some great competition, but if the judges ate New Day Gluten Free food....there is no doubt in my mind, you would be declared the winner! Thanks again and I will look forward to when I can return next year.....maybe even yet this coming September!

As friends of the Becks, we were lucky enough to try some of the recipes before New Day opened. My daughter and I both thought that everything was delicious, especially the cookies and pancakes which we think are even better than those with gluten! So when my daughter developed an intolerance to gluten, along with having allergies to nuts, soy and garbanzo beans, we felt safe in the knowledge that she wouldn't have to compromise taste for safety. Kelly really gave me valuable information so that I could be an educated consumer when purchasing gluten free products, and we are lucky enough to be able to find New Day products in two of our local grocery chains! Yay! Everything we've had at the cafe has been yummy! (Cakes, pizzas, muffins, cookies, pastas, sandwiches, and bread sticks)

I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and let me tell you how happy I was to find this gem! I took my son with me, who is a picky eater, and he loves it as well. It's a very homey atmosphere and the food is exceptional! I love that there's somewhere I can go eat and I don't have to worry about what I'm going to order making me not feel good later. Thanks for your awesome product and great customer service!

So happy to find this place. Was definitely worth the 25 minute drive from the hotel. The butter cookies were gone before I got back! They alone will be worth a trip back from NJ!!

Amazing! Very friendly staff, excellent food! I had the meatball sub and garlic bread, and my husband had the lasagna. It was terrific! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Garrett and Kelly are some of the most genuine people that you will ever meet. They offer a wide variety of products that are all wonderful. You will never be disappointed. I recommend New Day GF as a place to go for newly diagnosed celiacs because this place will set the bar for gluten free products. Wonderful cafe options with new specials everyday. Best experience you will have dining out because of the quality of food and no need to worry about cross contamination.

Best place ever!!! Not only can I eat, literally EVERYTHING in the restaurant without fear of contamination, but the food is delicious! And on top of that, the staff treat you like they genuinely care about you. I haven't tried anything there that wasn't really good, and my GF 13 yr old son loves New Day too! This is definitely a GF place that you don't want to miss :-)

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and enjoy what they do. Their food is absolutely delicious. So far the best gluten-free food that I have had. From the moment of walking thru the door to the moment of walking out the door, it is an experience that everyone should try and share.

Beyond words! The pizza and bread sticks are wonderful. New Day is family owned and operated, which is just amazing! Hands down the best place for a gluten or any allergy free diet dinning! PS: The muffins are heavenly!

I no longer have to live with out bread! Of all the products I lost having to live gluten free a simple sandwich was the hardest to lose. I don't know what new day did but they have the best bread I've ever tasted. Yes even better than regular bread. I absolutely recommend going to eat here. Much love to new day gluten free!

I personally am not allergic to gluten but have been exposed to the disease due to family members. when we first started to eat gluten free it all tasted like paper and was gross and very limited. New day gluten free has changed my look on this forever. They make amazing pizzas, muffins, cookies, sandwiches, soups, you name it. Its all amazing. These guys have gluten free living figured out!!!! Wish I could rate six stars!

The food and service at new day are top notch!! My six year old has celiac disease and I could not imagine our lives without new day. The cafe food is delicious and with daily specials you have lots of options. They also sell cup for cup for cup flour, bread sticks, cinnamon rolls, pizzas and more for you to make at home. The biggest thing that sets new day apart is the service. They truly care about everyone who walks through the door. Great job new day!!!!

This is now my all-time favorite place to eat. They have a sign on the door that it is a dedicated gluten free facility, please do not bring in outside food. It is a family owned/runner. After years of not being able to go out to eat and enjoy with three out of the five family members suffering from Celiacs, they decided to open their own bakery/cafe. They are super friendly, very helpful, asked if I had any other issues like with dairy and such before I even ordered. They have dairy-free and egg-free also. The bread is so soft and delicious!! It actually reminded me of the homemade bread my mother used to make when I was little!! I had a BLT on toast that was heaven. Especially after having tried to eat it on the cardboard & sawdust tasting store bread that I'd used before. They will give you a sheet of their products that you can call ahead and order, then take home and freeze for later. I recommend them!!!!!!!!!!! And I would have gave them more stars if I could have.

Completely GF facility! Family owned and operated. They are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. The food is amazing! The homemade bread, cookies, and muffins are all great! They have all kinds of pasta, sandwiches, pizza, and breakfast (available all day). They also have take home items. It will be a must stop for this family every time we are in St.Louis.
