Very helpful in the cafe! Sold out if GF burger buns but have us a generous serving of pulled pork, coleslaw and fried onions. Dedicated fryer for the onions and dipped in corn flour. Chef changed gloves and grabbed a new tray of pulled pork to avoid cross contamination.
