I got the gluten free blueberry pancakes. They were good. They don’t have any crepes which is what we came here for. The lemon stuff they put on the pancakes is really sour and they load the pancakes up with blueberries. I scraped the lemon custard stuff off because of how sour it is. Absolutely not GF. Staff is at least knowledgeable and confirms they are unable to take precautions against cross contamination due to the size of the kitchen in the back so at least they’re honest and able to answer questions!

They do have a GF crepe mix (which bumps my score up one star) you can buy and take home which would be ok since you can make that at home. Otherwise, I would just stick with coffee here

I eat here as a default most times because I know it’s healthier and gf but the staff is rarely that pleasant and the food can be hit or miss but I’ve never been sick. The pancakes are big and really good for gf pancakes. But they run different flavors seasonally and some are much better than others..

This place has gone down hill in quality. They have removed a lot of their gluten free options and the ones they have a horrible. Don’t get a sandwich, the bread just cardboard. It’s like they don’t care anymore. The one gf crepe is just a Nutella crepe which is good but there used to be so many options. ☹

It’ll be a long time before I forget about the CB&J pancakes and the golden milk! In general, Florida was a disaster for this GF vegetarian, but this place was a bright spot. I highly recommend.

Good GF options, but definitely a little bit of a risk. My partner didn’t get sick, and we had a nice experience in summer of 2022. Stress the importance of no cross-contamination to the staff.

The staff was very pleasant and assured me they would do their best to prevent cross-contact but noted that they have a small kitchen and can’t make guarantees. I got a salad to play it safe and still ended up getting glutened. I’m sure the staff did their best but I’m guessing by the pastries that they have shared workspace.

So many options for GF and vegan. I had the Gardner crepe and a seasonal latte that were both delicious. Can’t wait to go back to try another crepe.

I don’t know how I didn’t know about this restaurant until recently. The food is absolutely AMAZING! They have Gf donuts which are fantastic (and my non gf hubby loved!) and such a great variety of fresh, organic, local menu options (and delish coffee and juices!) right off park ave in a super cute store front. 10/10 recommend!
