Waitstaff and kitchen were very conscientious. There aren’t a lot of GF options, but it’s not a very big menu to begin with. I had the halibut and it was cooked perfectly. They use a separate pan for anything that might have cross contact. I just wish more restaurants would use GF soy sauce in all their dishes to open up the options a bit more. This is the best choice while visiting the island.
