Call ahead and ask for Ruben. They have two different gluten free flour mixtures to choose from and they can use a dedicated fryer for you that is in a different part of the kitchen. The fried oysters were out of this world! They can make the onion rings gluten free, too. Fried food! It had been so long since I ate anything fried I just ate too much. Not all the staff understand Celiac and the menu does not look safe at all. Just call ahead if you can. And don't overeat!
