The staff has 0 idea about gluten or celiac but most pho is safe (make sure your don’t get any meat balls, fish balls, or fried stuff).
I have tested the beef pho and chicken pho with my Nima sensor and both came back gluten free.
I have also tested their daikon/taro rice cakes and those came back as containing gluten.
I’ve been here a couple times with no issues. You just have to know what to avoid (everything fried, I suggest just sticking with the pho).

We went out of our way to stop here but unfortunately the women working had no idea what I meant by GF. I tried asking about rice noodles and rice paper but just got friendly shrugs. Maybe they have GF items but good luck figuring that out if not familiar.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
A family favorite. Staff is so nice! We have never gotten sick here. Our go-to’s include: phở gà đi bộ (dark chicken), egg roll! (They use rice paper instead of wonton paper), fried daikon, Bun Bo Hue (hot and spicy beef soup). So many options and everything is so good!!
