The majority of the menu is vegetarian, and every dish on the vegetarian side of the menu could be made gluten free if you ask (not sure about the meat)! I got the Shahi Paneer with white rice in a creamy yellow curry sauce, which can be made to any spice level. The service took a bit longer than expected, maybe 15 or 20 minutes, but I’m fairly sure that the whole dish was made to order. Definitely recommend, as there is not a great abundance of relatively healthy gluten free and vegetarian restaurants on the Coast.
Seating is available at picnic tables and a few regular tables outside the restaurant.
