I wasn’t sure after reading the reviews, but we went there yesterday and there were gluten-free items. Our waiter was very knowledgeable of what was and was not gluten-free on the menu. He also knew what to tell the kitchen regarding modifications. I had chicken wings. They are not breaded and they were delicious. Nashville hot sauce was gluten-free and very good. They also have fried cauliflower on the menu as an appetizer which is gluten-free because they use cornstarch. I’m not sure if they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer but I didn’t have any bad reaction at all.

I arrived after a long day. The waiter shared that several sandwiches were gluten free but words such as soy sauce and stuffed caused me to ask and we agreed that they were not gluten free. She then said the beaches were GF. As it had been a long day - that sounded great and I ordered. After they arrived, I realized that the homemade chips were likely fried in the fryer that we had determined was not gluten free. That was correct. We realized that there were not many gluten free options.

This is literally just Sysco food. There are so many better options out there. If you just want a burger, I guess it’s okay, but I’d recommend choosing elsewhere.
Excellent food and the waiter was very knowledgeable and able to explain what accommodations could be made for delicious gf options! We will be back!

This is the best place I found in Maine. The pizza was the best in the USA. I went one night and changed my plans to go there the next. Great food and casual atmosphere with good old Maine hospitality. I know of no better gf restaurant in all my travels.
