So impressed with the knowledge that the owner (and chef) of Newfangled Kitchen has of Celiac disease and cross contamination—and the food is delicious! If you find yourself in the Bexley area, I encourage you to stop by!!! FYI: The meatloaf does contain bread crumbs—but there are several other delicious options that are GFree...and who doesn’t love gluten free bread fresh off the panini press?! I purchased a gift card for my Celiac son and am excited for him to have another option for lunch and dinner!
