What an amazing restaurant! We had the pleasure of talking with the owner, Doug, who took time to check in on every table at the restaurant! GF Food was clearly marked and label and as soon as I said I am celiac, the waitress knew exactly what I was talking about. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing, wonderful, delicious food. We were spoiled for sure since we got a specially curated dining experience simply because we happened to strike up a conversation with the owner, Doug! While I can’t guarantee that everyone would be so lucky, I can assure you that they take great care to avoid cross contamination. I am exquisitely gluten sensitive and had a glorious meal and did not get sick.

The gluten free pizza crust is beyond words! The spicy brussels are also in the clear and so flavorful. This joint has set the standard for us.

My mom (severe celiac) has eaten here several times and the pizza is great. She’s also had the shrimp ceviche and the chicken tinga tostada without issues!

Absolute best GF pizza in New Haven! I’m celiac and my partner is gluten sensitive, we’re also both lactose intolerant. We get pizza here about twice a month and have never been sick. Their New Haven Plain has pecorino romano, no mozz, so is a great lactose free option! Always high quality and tasty, and extremely caring with regard to dietary concerns. I once called to double-check if a delivery pizza was gf, and the woman who answered the phone offered to have me text her a picture of the pizza so she could confirm (it was :))Added bonus — they only charge $1 for gf crust. I don’t order pizza from anywhere else in New Haven anymore.
