Please note, I do not have a celiac diagnosis so I can’t speak to absolute certainty on the CC because my reaction isn’t super sensitive, but when I tell them I have a gluten allergy, and order the Tom kha soup, I feel OK more often than not. They did warn me that the plum sauce for the fresh rolls, does have gluten. I have had a misunderstanding at the BELLEVUE location before where they brought out tempura flakes on a meal but I spotted them and sent it back which they accommodated at no charge. Anyways, I know that is not a comforting review. The red green and massamun curries have been hit and miss with reactions for me. I agree with some of the other posters reviewing Bellevue, that some of the staff doesn’t know what is meant by GF/CC, so no I don’t think this restaurant is safe for celiacs. But, I think the Renton location does a better job overall.
