We’ve eaten here several times now. I’m mostly stick to salads, but they’re very creatively done, with complex flavors and combinations of lettuce that are truly unusual. The people I frequently go with all order things like ribeye and salmon steaks, and all kinds of wonderful things, creatively, prepared and delicately balanced flavors. I have never heard a complaint. And I have never gotten sick here! There’s not a tremendous number of dishes that can be made gluten-free, but the servers seem knowledgeable about what can be made gluten-free or not. It is a shared fryer. There is no dedicated kitchen space. Cross- contamination could be an issue. However , staff seem to be able to do their best to make sure that that does not occur.

Spoke with executive chef prior to dining and he came up with plan to modify existing menu items. Even fired up a mini fryer to make safe fried items including a walleye breaker with garbanzo bean flour. Incredible meal and care taken to ensure I dined safely. Thank you Chef Wes!
