They have a piece of paper in a plastic sleeve that says what items need to not be ordered for gluten free, dairy free, onion allergy and one more thing (I can't remember). For items not available gluten free, it was the beef/lamb gyro mix, pita and a few other things I was still able to order pork gyro meet, pork souvlaki, chicken souvlaki, etc. I doubt they have a dedicated fryer
