I went with relatives who live in Rio Rico for Sunday brunch. They had no idea if anything gluten free was available. When we were seated, my first question to the server was do you have anything gluten free? She replied, I’ll tell the kitchen to get gluten free pancake batter ready. I was very surprised! Then I read the menu. Gluten free options are listed for pancakes, waffles, and French toast. There is an extra $2.50 charge. The pancakes were good, and they are big. I should have only gotten two instead of three. The service was excellent. The eight non-celiac people in our party enjoyed their food too.
