Nick's 50'S Diner

Went on a busy Saturday morning (which is always a little concerning from a cross contamination perspective), however, our waitress was amazing and put my celiac daughter completely at ease, answered every single question with a confident, educated response and a smile. Daughter loved all her food and experienced no side effects what so ever!

Would go back in a heartbeat next time in West Palm at breakfast time!

While they do have gluten free options, they are not celiac safe. They do have a separate toaster for bread, but they do use same waffle iron and grill for the waffles and pancakes/French toast. Our waitress was also kind enough to check ingredients of items for my daughters egg allergy.

I had a great celiac experience. I asked for manager while we were waiting for table. she was great she knew what celiac was and immediately told me things I couldnt have and things they could make in a pan for me. She said I’ll have the owner make your food with care. When we sat down the server said I know you have celiac so manager will take your order. Manager came and I ordered eggs bacon cheesy hash browns with grilled onion. They also have separate gluten free toaster so I also got toast. So delicious! She said they can’t accommodate waffles and pancakes and French toast for celiac FYI.

We are big fans of Nick’s, ate there twice so far. We live out of town and called ahead to see if they’d be open for Easter as we were flying in and our first experience was excellent. The gluten-free pancakes are fluffy and delicious. They have something for everyone, GF pancakes, waffles and French toast. The service is great and the atmosphere is fun.

I got a blueberry waffle, eggs, bacon, and hash browns. It was all so tasty! They had so many gluten free options. Unsure of cross contamination though!

No dedicated GF menu. All your options are found in the regular menu. The pancakes and waffles taste great. They also have GF french toast which I don’t see often. I also noticed they had GF bun options for sandwiches. I have Celiac’s and didn’t have issues with cross contamination.

I didn’t end up eating here- I came because of the 100% customer-reported celiac safeness, but the waitress told me I wouldn’t be able to get a safe burger because gluten items are also cooked on the same grill, and they didn’t have a separate fryer for the fries. Maybe she was misinformed but I just wanted to pass this along here!

We stopped here for lunch and they were 10 minutes from closing. They happily stayed open for us. I had a burger on a GF bun and it was amazing. Staff was knowledgable and friendly. The food was so good and there was such a large selection we decided to come back the next day for breakfast.

For breakfast they had pretty much any breakfast item you would want GF (pancakes, french toast, toast, breakfast sandwich). I had 2 GF pancakes and a side of bacon. It was delicious and very filling.

If I lived anywhere near this place I would be here every day and probably weigh 500 lbs. I loved it here and would 100% come back in the future. As a matter of fact I am getting hungry just thinking about Nick's. Great atmosphere too.

Yummy great options and very knowledgeable staff!!!

Gluten free buns & wraps, fries are gf but fried in the same fryer so not suitable for Coeliacs. Staff knowledgeable. Huge salads, quinoa in one of them. Great milkshakes!!

The restaurant had gluten free menu options clearly labeled and our waitress was knowledgeable about options -. i.e. you can order this but can't have the flour tortillas, etc. Good price, good food, fast service, and a fun atmosphere not far from Palm Springs International Airport.

One of my all time favorite restaurants! Everything on their menu is homemade and delicious! There are so many gluten free options and even have gluten free bread and a designated gluten free toaster!

The menu is clearly marked with gluten free options. The bread for the BLT was incredible. Wish I had asked what brand.
