They do have a dedicated fryer for chips but the chips are corn and flour mixture. So not gluten free. Also, was told they can only accommodate the one thing on the menu if they are not busy.

Excellent tacos! I asked about gluten and dairy sensitivity, and they helped me. Ate birria tacos, five in the order! Ask for corn tortillas

No Gf menu. But chips are fried in a dedicated fryer. I had nachos without issue.
