I had the chicken pesto with gluten free crust and substituted for grilled chicken. It was amazing and I still felt great after. The owner told me he makes the dough himself. This is the first gluten free pizza I’ve really liked.

Great food for those not avoiding gluten……but unfortunately NOT celiac safe. My kiddo felt awful right after dinner and the entire next day.

Real gluten free pizza DOUGH They use clean trays, cutters, etc! Have to give it a try if in the east haven/branford area
