We ate here October 2015 first visit. We had reservations and I asked when making the reservation about Gluten-Free availability. I was told they don't have a Gluten-Free menu but they can adjust almost any dish.

Were were seated outside in a nice area but the table was seriously wobbly. No help from the waiter, "It's brick on the ground, it happens" so we adjusted it ourselves, a little better but still wiggly.

When I asked about G-F items, I was told (seriously, I could not make this up!) "I you had bothered to make a reservation you would have been told that you could bring your own pasta and enjoy most dishes". Of course I told him I did make a res and what was told to me. He looked surprised and said he would check with the kitchen. (There is a grocery store across the street where I have purchased Gluten-Free beer)

He returned to say I could have salad with cold shrimp or chicken with vinegar and oil. They had no G-F dressings.

So the salad with shrimp was good, my husband's Lasagna was wonderful.

In reading the other review, it seems the G-F food issue has been nicely corrected. I still won't go back to expose myself to under trained reservation takers and snarky waiters. My ignorance of your policies is no reason to be condescending. It put a damper on an otherwise wonderful evening.

This place is so amazing. It's beyond words. I'm always trying to bring friends and family here when they visit. The wine is good. The food is good. And as a person with celiac and dairy issues, I'm able to dine without fear of getting sick. Just let your waitress or waiter know your restrictions and they're super good about it. It's Italian food, and last time I was there they didn't have gluten free bread but you don't even need it because the other food is so amazing. It's a small cozy atmosphere. You'll need reservations. There is an outdoor patio in good weather. The ambiance is very warm and inviting. If you're looking for a good place to have dinner, this is the place! So delicious and safe for celiacs and even dairy free people too!
